Life continually poses many challenges. Most of the time we are able to manage and cope with these stressors quite well. At times, however, life may become so overwhelming, and the pressure becomes so great that it begins to affect our work and relationships with those we love and our overall outlook on life. As a counselor, my job is to help you find manageable solutions to seemingly unmanageable life circumstances. 

Hello, my name is Cindi Stoneman, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. From the moment I acquired my license, I have been passionate about finding those solutions for my clients. I am thoroughly invested in each of my clients. Developing comforting and safe environments to discuss your current obstacles, I want to be your bridge to a more fulfilled and actualized life. 

I provide individual clinical treatment services On-Line through FaceTime, Skype, Phone or Email for adolescents, adults, couples. I also provide limited counseling session In-Office. I know taking the first step towards help is often the most difficult. I hope through this website you will start to find the information you need about the services I provide and see which one would be a good fit for you.

Whatever the reason that you decided to take this first step, continue forward. It is important that you take your life to be as important as you need it to be.
